- The error is happening randomly - sometimes when you click home page menu item and sometimes when you refresh. I just started using Rockettheme not too long ago and this has been happening too often and it appears others are getting the same thing? I've use yootheme and joomla bamboo primarily for a few years and was looking for a new look and there are problems. Any idea why this is happening - never had this issue with other template makers?

Same problem to 3 of my sites.
Godaddy shared hosting, Joomla 2x 2.5.9 & 1x 3.0.3, PHP 5.3.21, MySQL 5.0.96-log, Gantry 4.1.8 - Last Edit: 11 years 1 month ago by Ludovic MOTTINI.

Again, I tried reproducing the error on your site. I clicked on every link and back, reloaded, a number of different situations. Not able to reproduce the error.
Maybe your installation of Gantry is outdated, maybe a lot of things. You don't give much info.
Provide at a minimum the following info:
Joomla Version
Gantry Version
PHP Version
And make sure that you meet the minimum system requirements for Joomla and Gantry. - Thank you.

It happens when you click through the site and on the 5th page refresh the browser.

Hi...Tried what you suggested...clicked through the site and on the 5th page, refreshed the browser...but still cannot reproduce the problem you are having.
Also, it seems like you are using the Graffito template. You should consider posting on the Graffito forum rather than the general Gantry forum.
As regards GoDaddy, I would go with a different hosting provider, but that is really your choice. GoDaddy is cheap, yes, but you get what you pay for...that's all I am willing to say about GoDaddy. - Thank you.

- I have used GoDaddy for several years and host over 30 Joomla sites with them. They have excellent costumer service and if I've ever had an issue with them it is solved within 24 hours. I'm disappointed that RocketTheme cannot solve this issue for me.
