    • I also get Restricted Access when trying to access User Manager or Install/Uninstall pages. I have completely removed J! using Godaddy's Hosting System and reinstalled it. THey are using version 1.5.3 . I tried the SecFilterEngine Off suggestion from above but it did nothing.

      Any ideas?
