You don't need to speak french to use the seo tools (there are in english). One of them is a free tool to submit your site in 150 engines and directories... I know some people don't like to use automatical submission but I always used this tools without problem include Google. If you don't make several submission you don't have problems
Who want to use the free submitter must provide an email to receive the confirmation messages. Don't use your personnal e-mail!
