Looks really nice. 1 thing though, and this is not a huge biggie, when you have a background like you have with the 1px hash texture, as you resize the page, the background will not always line up perfect with your shadow images. this is because you have the background texturing from the left out, and the main part centered. try this though:
background: url(../images/yourbg.png) 0 50%;
this should texture from the center out to the left and the right and stay in sync with the main body.

You DOG! Is that your secret?!? I never picked up on that. Great tip, Andy!!!! That one needs to get stickied somewhere. Can we start a FAQ of design secrets thread somewhere--I would suggest locked, and just archive little tidbits there like that. - Yeah I would like to know how to use this modified random image module if you would be so kind as to tell me because I'd love to have either a random header image or alternatively one which has a set image for a certain page. Either way would be cool.
