How to Upgrade a Template [OBSOLETE INFORMATION NOW]

I write in this topic to clarify some doubts that i have about the upgrade with templates that has the gantry framework.
This it is a case with crystalline version 1.5.5 and 2.5.6 for framework gantry.
Once realised the backup of my web. I will come to uninstall the template.
Once uninstall the template, which are the files that I must have by hand for the update? Which of both archives that are available to lower I must choose? The Standalone, or he Bundle
Which is the file that I must lower in the official page of Gantry? It is this? gantry_joomla_framework-3.0.6.zip Gantry for Framework Joomla 3.0.6 ?
Once having all the files to disposition, which must rise to first the system?
Once installed the three files, we activated only it in the system and our update would have to be successful?

If Gantry is not installed, the bundle, if it is installed, the standalone.
For Gantry, uninstall the current version and reinstall the latest version.

you can view this post for update tips for crystalline:

if you have gantry 2.5.x or 3.0.x installed already the update is really easy.
all you need to do is get the gantry_joomla_framework-3.0.6.zip from here:
code.google.com/p/gantry-framework/downloads/list
and install it through your joomla admin > extensions > install/uninstall...
you do not need to uninstall the existing version of gantry before doing this and it also does not matter if you first update gantry or crystalline.
