I'd like to nominate a site I finished recently:

I used the rt_technophia template. I modified the colors to match my clients color scheme, as well as modifiying many virtuemart files to fit the site's look. I also built a custom horizontal login module that is initially hidden as well as a custom extension for the Extended Menu module.
