Anyone whos a whiz at css interested in whipping up a nicer site offline template (offline.php and /templates/css/offline.css).
I'm sure alot of people would be interested in downloading it, i just think something with cooler colors, and a bit smoother looking would be nicer as an "under construction" page - Billy Zoellers
