SQL problem from admin???

Hello Joomla Gurus...
There has been several times that now my middle section (user2) module does not display the articles. Help please!!! What does it mean??? Is my database this large that it cannot hold more than 6000 articles??? Or is my server bad, which by the way it is with (YAHOO) so I would think they would be proffesional.
