md_globalbiz: Permission denied ?

Hello all,
I am a noob still after 6 months of using Joomla, so please bare with me.. I have access to the other Rocket templates that I have downloaded, but I cannot access this template to add the new logos I have created. Has anyone got any ideas, other than contacting the host?
This error comes up, when I am in the FTP, httpdocs: templates: globalbiz
[08:54:59] 550 /httpdocs/templates/md_globalbiz: Permission denied

you can contact the host or try installing the component joomlaxplorer:

- Sonny, very common problem. It's been discussed many times here, and also it's all over the joomla forums. Basically it's a joomla/php/permission issue, joomlaXplorer is probably the quickest solution.
