  I am sorry, but i did not find yet. I tried in menu manager, but, it has only 3 menus (main menu, sidebar menu and bottom menu), and each one has its menu items. I did not find anything about "Latest News"...

- I am also having trouble with "Latest News:" , but not with Joomla, with WordPress.
  
  It appears that it is part of the template, and not a widget.
  
  Please take a look at:

  Find the: Front Page Posts (MainBody position) section and you'll see it's a page title in the front page override theme settings.
