Rok Gallery Error - no active transaction

- Im trying to upload something on the live site, to rok gallery
  
  but it's not working instead a meesage appears "An error occured: Rollback failed. There is no active transaction."

- You are not using the latest version of
  a.) Joomla
  b.) RokGallery
  
  I would try to update those first ...

  Not sure what do you mean by not upgrading
  The joomla I used was 1.7
  And rokgallery from rocket theme.

- 1.7 is not the latest of Joomla ...
  that message could come because you have some bad folder rights.
  You could try to use Akeeba admin tools to correct that(or use your ftp app)

- You have an old version of rokgallery. This may be because you downloaded the old module or your rokettloncher has an old version of this module. Update the module rogallery and you will see that works. Download it and install it in your Joomla administrator.

- I was updating the rokgallery module / extension
  
  I uninstalled the old version
  
  and installing the new version
  
  This message appeared several times
  JFolder::create: Could not create directory
  Warning: Failed to move file!
  
  The version of the joomla is 1.7.3
  
  and I am installing rokgallery_j16-2.6.zip
  
  I don't know else to do
