SOLVED Joomla 4 upgrade error

while running the pre-upgrade testing for Joomla 4, the results show that there is an issue with Gantry that will potentially cause the upgrade to fail (see attachments)
this is the only error warning i'm receiving now.
Upgraded to 5.116 and to the current Orion template.
Please help!

There is no issue if you use G5.5.15 (so downgrade) and use no higher than PHP 8.0.x. You can ignore the message if you comply with that.

Do i need to uninstall the newer version of gantry first. While trying to install the 5.5.15 downgrade, i get the following error.
