SOLVED Deprecated: htmlspecialchars(): Clarity Template

Hello
I have Clarity 1.5.0 on a Joomla 4.2.9 website ( staging.jnstoneveneer.com/ ). I updated my PHP to 8.1 and now get the following error in a couple locations:
Deprecated: htmlspecialchars(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($string) of type string is deprecated in /templates/rt_clarity/html/layouts/chromes/gantry.php on line 31
I installed a development version of Gantry 5 to remove other deprecated errors ( app.gitter.im/#/room/#gantry_gantry5:gitter.im ), but the developer said this one is specific to the template.

5.5.15 only support up to PHP 8.0.x
If you want to go higher then you will have to use the Gantry 5 CI build (from gantry site) until we release the official version.
