SOLVED Tracking Javascript from Lucky Orange

Edit: I discovered I had to use different code for Joomla and it all works now so please remove
Lucky Orange gave me this Javascript to paste in the header to track visitors

I put it in the Assets javascript in the Base Outline
it did not work
I know that the instruction states Only add your inline JavaScript code, the <script></script> tags will get automatically added for you.
However dont know how or what part you would strip out of this Lucky Orange code to comply with the instruction?
I tried several variations myself none worked
I then tried pasting verbatim in the Head Properties Custom Content area did not work
I then pasted it in the Atoms Custom CSS/JS area it did not work
Can you tell me what to write and where to paste it in the outline?
