    • Im not sure how long its been, this site doesnt require too many framework or theme changes, sometimes in the past there might have been conflicts but Id usually find it by disabling plugins, but not this time.

I made some widget changes about 3 months ago and was able to access it, does that help?

    • Can you test it on its current host? Its a wordpress hosting site. I have already sent you the login and ftp info, I even created a staging site clone of the site for you to test. Im 3 weeks in now with no answer for my client. If its a conflict with the hosting we need to figure out what it is because its expensive hosting and I will dump the rockettheme before I will switch hosting again.

    • Tried to Install Gantry v4.1.14 - Gantry Framework Base Theme and it doesn't work, tried it on my localhost and even on my server on Rochen and there it works. I spent over 5 hours of my time on this and I can't find whats wrong apart from the hosting..

The problem is on the Pressable something is not turned on in the hosting, hard to debug as its a closed system (not a big fan of those).

We generally do not contact our customers' third party service providers to avoid causing any kind of conflict or issue between you and them. What you can do is contact them yourself, relay the requirements that the theme and its framework runs with (listed below) and they might be able to look into it for you.

However, we are not the customers of your service provider and can not inquire into your account ourselves.
      • PHP 5.2.17+ (5.6+, 7.0+ recommended)
      • MySQL 3.23 (5+ recommended)
      • Apache 1.3 (2.2+ recommended)
      • mod_mysql
      • mod_xml
      • mod_zlib

Let them know something is causing conflict there. Be specific, and let them know what's going on. It's something we simply can't do on your behalf as they'd need to look at the error logs in your particular account.
