SOLVED Cant add row in section using iPad

Tried to add a row to any section in layout using Safari and Chrome for iOS 9.1 on an iPad Air 2, but when you click on the "+" nothing happens.
Could we add this to the list of things to fix in a future upadte?

Hey, thanks for the reply.
Since my last post here, I have upgraded to an iPad Pro running iOS 9.3, and I have upgraded Gantry to the 5.2.13 version. Joomla is 3.5. Using Safari.
Unfortunately, I still can not tap on gears or "+" signs when editing in the layout view of Gantry.
When I tap on them, they change color (they get darker). But, I still can't add a row to a section, nor can I tap on the gear icon of a section and edit that. I still have to go to a web browser on a PC to do that.

@Henning asked me to try on my Ipad Pro Ios 9.3 and for me it works fine on my local installation. Please would you post your URL, superuser id and pswd in the secure tab of your post and i'll have a look at your site for you to see if it works on my ipad pro.

Well I was able to add a row ok on my ipad pro - see screenshot where I added a row to navigation?

Mr T, try adding a row to the Section Mainfeature or Sidefeature in the Layout tab of the Home Outline.
I can add a row to Navigatio, too. But, I can't add a row, nor can I click on the gear icon and see settings, in these nested containers.
