Running Gantry under IIS/php5 | SOLVED

Today I experienced a minor issue with Gantry that has something to do with its date.
After installing, in the backend I now get these warning lines (see attachment).
My hosting provider runs IIS/php5 and it might be due to that combination, but I am not sure. Can someone help me to get rid of these displays? Thanks.

Oke, this is how you can solve this issue:
Open \wwwroot\libraries\gantry\core\utilities\gantrydate.class.php
Line 242 contains the following code:
$date = strftime($format, $time);
Add two lines before to that code:
$format = str_replace("%h", "%b", $format);
$format = str_replace("%e", "%#d", $format);
$date = strftime($format, $time);
I used as a basis the information provided at:
code.google.com/p/gantry-framework/issues/detail?id=16
The issue is caused due to the way the CMS is determining date and time. With Linux and Windows there are some differences with that.
