  • gantry-buildspans and K2 headers

    • K2 has some extra whitespace inside header tags, and it's breaking gantry's buildspans.js. This was solved by a user last April, however the fix does not apply to the new buildspans js introduced with mootools 1.2.

      All K2 header markup current looks something like this:
      <h2 class="itemTitle" style="visibility: visible; "><span>
    </span>     My Header Text
                
        
            
                            
        
        
      </h2>

      The fix should be something like the Clifcof's solution . Trim preceding whitespace before splitting.
