Applying Gantry to a current theme

Are there any tutorials out there to apply Gantry to an exciting theme? I know that it's easy to start with the Gantry theme, but what if you have a theme already developed that you want to implement Gantry into? Are there specific code snippets that just need to be applied? Any tutorials available?
By the way, I'm talking specifically about the Wordpress platform.

Thanks. I did already go through the documentation on the Gantry framework pages, but didn't see instructions on applying Gantry to a current theme. It's possible I'm missing something though?
And the other link is the Google group obviously, but will I get any more information there than I would here? Or maybe there are already posts about this? I'll go check it out now regardless though, so thanks for the link!

Thanks. I do appreciate the help! I'm guessing there just might not be the info out there that I'm looking for. Or maybe it's too much of a pain to apply Gantry to an existing theme?
