Problems after moving site

Hi,
I have just moved my site to a new server, I cannot supply a URL as it is only visible through my computer (although I can allow access if necessary. But after the move when I went into template manager and the my default template Panacea there are no choices for setting up the template, the page looks just like the attached image. I re uploaded the admin>template folder but no change. Would anyone know how to fix this please?

This seems to work but I set at 777 on all of these, I will have to work down and find the minimum I can use.

If the site was working correctly on the previous server or localhost, there are a few things to check.
Does your new server share the same setting as the old one?
E.g., php version, php.ini memory limit, etc. (php 5.2.x is required, at least 32MB of memory, 64MB is optimal)
Also how was the site moved?
Did you do it manually?
If so you could try again using Akeeba Backup, while this won’t cure any server related issues, it often resolves many other issues related to moving a site.
