Moving from Gantry 4 to Gantry 5

- I'm currently using a Gantry 4 template (Audacity) but would like to move to a Gantry 5 template (Supra). Have you folks written up a transition guide, or a "Gantry 5 for dummies" kind of thing? I'm playing around with it, but keep hitting various snags, so I thought I'd see if there's a resource for people who had learned Gantry 4 but are finding themselves lost at sea with Gantry 5.

- Note: I see the Gantry 5 tutorials and am working through that, but there's a whole new vocabulary with particles and YAML fields and such. I'm wondering if there's any resource specifically designed for people who used older templates to help them figure out how to move to newer templates.
