Problem with Gantry Menu Manager

Hi,
I'm having a problem with the menu manager in Gantry 5.4.6 with the Gemeni theme. It seems that there is some kind of conflict with Woocommerce - any of the Woocommerce product categories cause issues.
If I use product categories and click to go into level two the whole thing breaks. I downgraded Gantry a couple of times and had to go back as far as to 5.3.6 before it works again on Isotope, but obviously the Gemeni theme needs 5.4+. If I disable Woocommerce everything seems to work ok again.
Edit: I've moved everything over to Ispotope for now which seems to be working
