Gantry 4 - JS error breaking gantry framework.

I have a weird issue where the JS is giving an error on a WordPress only host and not on another test host that I have. Below is the js error I have in the console.
Uncaught TypeError: Scroller.init
I tested on a regular hostgator account and seems to work fine. What are the reqs for gantry framework and osmosis theme. Should work on majority of servers I think but that is not the case. I purchased the theme again because client didn't have the original files to see if that would fix and it has not. Ideas?

Please post your URL, Username and Password in Secure Tab and i will take a look and maybe figure out what the problem is.
