Gantry menus breaking Wordpress menu item order

I'm having major issues with the Gantry 5 menu manager. As soon as I changed a name of one of the top-level menu items, the items disappeared and others reordered themselves. In Appearance -> Menu, nothing has changed, but the order is no longer reflected in the front end. Nothing I try to change stays set.
This is a serious issue that I can't figure out, and it has brought down our site.
Please help.

Please post your URL, Username and Password in Secure Tab and i will take a look and maybe figure out what the problem is.

- Thanks for the prompt reply. I had to restore the site from a backup just to get it back online. Right now, I'm trying to make the changes to the site on my staging server, and so far so good, but there's a lot of confusion over which menu editor to use when making major changes to the site like this. The process is anything but intuitive. I'm otherwise a big fan of Gantry 5, and I use it mostly in my Joomla deployments, but describing the Gantry overrides of the Joomla and Wordpress system is very confusing to clients. If I have another problem, I'll check back.

The problem is that Gantry menu is not syncing the item from WordPress core menu here is the ticket that will get implemented ASAP...

Only solution is to arrange them in the Gantry 5 Menu Editor -

- Yeah i know it happened to me also, like if you add subitems to parent and then that parent and d under other parent then they don't show right?

Yes, that's correct.
I'm kind of under the gun with this right now. When I played with it before, I was having some success duplicating the menu -- starting from scratch -- and then applying that. While I wait for a solution, I'm going to try that again.
