Javascript and http access killing my site speed

Hi there,
Ive been triynt o inprove my site load speed for quite some time, and everoynthin points to Gantry, Rokbox, Rocksprocket, epsilon theme Javascript. Ive tried minify tools and plugins to help inline JS but nothing soees to work.
Ive run report on GTMetrix and came up with the following info, surely this is a common issue and im not the only one who suffers form this, so hopefully u know a solution other than using a more simple, quick template provider!

I really hope to stay with the theme and Gantry as my customers have positive feedback on design and layout, just aweful navigaiton and site speed.

I tried both and the one i recommend is better it makes static files that are read faster ...
