Websites at 1200px dislaying in 960px

Hello,
I have been having an issue with a few of our Joomla sites that use the Gantry 4 framework. The sites are set to display at 1200px responsive. Sometimes when the site loads it displays at 960px with content pushed together. I have to clear the cache and clear urls in sh404sef to get it back to 1200px. Is there a reason this is happening? Is this a caching issue or a conflict with sh404sef?

could be related to either... can you post a link to your site please...
If you leave caching for a day or more does the issue still resurface? Are you running Joomla caching only (conservative or progressive?) or are you using a 3rd party caching extension? - SEARCH the forum first! These boards are rich in knowledge and vast in topics. This includes searching just the 'Solved' forums, using Google, and using ChatGPT
