New posts missing on home page

- I have looked around to see how to get the homepage to pull the most recent posts as I have posts that are only being pulled from other sources other than all. Example, I have "The News" that have more recent articles than the homepage and would like to know why. Any and all is appreciated and I thank you in advance.
