Cannot Download RokWebify for Joomla 1.5

Dear sires,
I'm trying to download template RokWebify for Joomla 1.5. The download was success, but the file size was just only 10kb (the information on the download page shown me 52kb)
When I extracted the file manually, there is no file in the sub-folder css and images.
Please help. Thank you very much in advance.

Did you download with Chrome?
Try to donwload with Firefox

- Unfortunately, I'm using firefox, and there are files in the root. There are index.php, template_thumbnail.png, and templateDetails.xml. The files in the root are ok. There are sub-folders css and images, but there is no file inside.
