Ok so maybe it was the data provider service that had the issue then. If it's working there's nothing really for me to look at.

Negative. It's definately not working. Regardless of which provider I choose. I mentioned that it was workign when you checked, but not now...or at all - for the most part it displays the error: Error! "Unable to Retrieve Weather Forecast!"
