I am trying to load simplix using rocket launcher and I am getting a error message:
Notice: Undefined property: JSimpleXMLElement::$metadata in /home/mysite/public_html/Joomla_RT_Simplix_j15/libraries/joomla/language/language.php on line 766

I re-downloaded and reinstalled a different templet "synapse" and got the same error message?

It seems more like a permission issue. Contact your Host provider to see if they can explain the error. Also go into cPanel and look in your error logs.
Finnally one last thing, On Internet Explorer, Click on tools, Internet Options, Click on the Advance Tabs scroll down the list and UNCHECK the Use Friendly HTTP Errors. See if the errors change - Jessica Kennedy

Thanks For all your help and thoughts ad support everyone,
But the winner is Yves.
In all the years I have been using fetch for my ftp transfers, I have never seen any issues before. But by switching to cyberduck, it worked like a charm. Also tested Firefox extension and again no issues.
I love computers!
