  • no control panel in joomla

    • Hi

      I have two sites that I need to update to be able to adjust the php version. When I log in, the control panel does not appear, but an error message:

      "An error has occurred.
      0 Call to a member function format() on null".

      Joomla: 3.9.8
      php: 7.3.33

      the page works fine in the frontend

      is this a joomla problem or can someone help me with this?

    • Your subscription appears to have expired. Support does require a current subscription.

      Your Joomla versions ancient so you might try updating that. Then, also, you will need to ensure you are using latest Gantry and template version too.
