SOLVED internal 500 error (/com_rokgallery/lib does not exist)

Hello there,
we install joomla..and login on the administrator site.
we try to uplaod some components and get an internal 500 error.
the rokcommon.php log gives the following error:
2015-04-23T09:48:11+00:00 NOTICE rokcommon Directory C:\inetpub\joomla.intellidata.de/components/com_rokgallery/lib does not exist. Unable to add to Class Loader
2015-04-23T09:48:11+00:00 NOTICE rokcommon Unable to find registered container config file rokgallery at C:\inetpub\joomla.intellidata.del/components/com_rokgallery/container.xml
there is really not such a folder named com_rokgallery in C:\inetpub\joomla.intellidata.de/components/
but this folder and the lib seems to be needed.
can you help me with that?

Check that you meet specs
System Requirements:
Apache 2.x or Microsoft IIS 7
PHP support for the SQLite PDO driver
PHP support for the MySQL PDO driver
MySQL (5.0.4 or higher) with InnoDB support
PHP support for PDO
PHP support for GD2
PHP 5.3.x and above (not php 5.5)
Also, if you are running Joomla 3.0, the minimum specs for Joomla 3.0 are found here http://www.rockettheme.com/forum/index.php?f=675&t=180131&rb_v=viewtopic - you can safely ignore this link if you are running J2.5.
When your say "we try to upload some components" which components?
What package did you use? what template? What joomla version?

we use the following rocketlauncher package:
chapelco-1.6-rocketlauncher_j33.zip
the components we use/try upload is from:
com_akeeba-4.2.0-core.zip

these are the specs joomla runs on:
IIS 7.5
PHP 5.4
MYSQL 5.1 (have_innodb variable = YES)
PHP Support Stuff(from my php.ini);
[PHP_PDO_MYSQL]
extension=php_pdo_mysql.dll
[PHP_PDO_SQLITE]
extension=php_pdo_sqlite.dll
[PHP_GD2]
extension=php_gd2.dll
php_pdo.dll seems not to be needed since php 5.3
so the specs seem to fit.

PDO is needed for rokgallery and roksprocket = but you seem to have it anyway.

there is no pdo extension comment like (extension=php_pdo.dll) in my php.ini cause it seems the the dll is not needed since php 5.3

Your upload_max_filesize is way too small in your php.ini please increase this from 2M to at least 16M. This will undoubtedly have led to corruption in those things that you have already installed.

I don't know i'm an apache person myself rather than windows. To look if your change has taken effect just look in system information > php information in joomla backend as I did - if it's says 16M then no restart required - if it still says 2M then yes I would restart.
