Access to specific template forums, even if membership expired

Would be nice if access to specific template forums was still enabled even if membership has expired.
What I mean is that if you signed up for, say, a year and got a few templates, you're still allowed to use and modify those templates even if your club membership has expired.
Thus, it would be great if you could still ask questions about those templates, even if only with other users.

I can understand the reasoning to having some forums for Members only - think of the access as part of the Membership fee. A privledge of membership per se, as opposed to a right granted by a one-time membership.
That's how I see it anyhow.
