Banners rotate randomly... how do i stop?

It is I once again-
I can't seem to get my banners to stop randomly rotating from amongst each other. I want to put one specific banner in a certain spot and have it stay there... not rotate and swap with the others. Is this more of a joomla newbie question or something related to the VersII template? And regardless, what is the easy solution?
