    • Hi everyone,

      I'm trying to configure a new user that only has access to Gantry 5 theme.

      I've created a Custom Group and Access Level and gave it permission to:
      • Global Configuration - Administrator Login
      • Global Configuration - Edit
      • Gantry 5 Themes - Configure ACL & Options (i don't think this is needed)
      • Gantry 5 Themes - Access Administration Interface
      • Templates - *Every Action is allowed

      When i try to edit something and save, i get a 403 Forbidden Error.

      If i give permission in "Global Configuration - Access Administration Interface", then i can save but this opens access to System and and other parts of the administration i don't user to have access.

      Is there a way to give permissions to edit and save, only Gantry 5 Theme?

    • You'd need to consult the Joomla forums and support docs for information related to Joomlas user based roles and permissions.

      When you hit save in Gantry/Theme settings it needs read/write file perms and database perms.
    • SEARCH the forum first! These boards are rich in knowledge and vast in topics. This includes searching just the 'Solved' forums, using Google, and using ChatGPT :woohoo:
