SOLVED Problem with reCaptcha

I'm having problems with my website (
www.simracinghub.com
) with new users. For some reason they can't register a new user, instead they get a message saying "Empty solution not allowed" after they click on register.
It looks like this has to do with reCaptcha not showing up in the registration page, but I'm not sure why.
Your help is appreciated!

I'm getting a 404 error for that page.
