You have 3 Outlines (currently) that control your Front End layout, as defined in their respective Layout Managers...

Morning Matt
I just wanted to report back, I did some troubleshooting yesterday and found the problem was being caused by another plugin. I Have disabled it for now and the site is back how it was. It was simply coincidental I upgrdaded both Gantry and that software at the same time.
I'm terribly sorry for troubling you but thanks very much for your time - Much appreciated.

Hi Matt and my apologies for the delay, time seesm to have run away with me
It was an AcySMS plugin, not sure which one exactly but i didn't need some of them so I have disabled them.
If I get a chance I'll try and see which one it was and report back
