Login panel ; plethora template does not work

Follow the url above & "member login" module does not appear to work
I cannot find the relevant module(?) in the back end : extensions > modules
there are two other modules at this location 1) user login & 2) login form, I believe they are different modules.
The "member login" was activiated via Gantry 4.1.31 interface.

This works, and after loging in the "member login" module changes to
"members username = logout"
The module: logout does not work.

I don't see any "member login" on that page and the "Login" link in the menu bar is directing to a login page which appears to be working
If you're new to Gantry 4 definitely read the first few chapters here: docs.gantry.org/gantry4
