Only one menu item

- I am extremely stuck, as I have just converted to WP and it seems as though I cannot have more than one menu item show up and I also am having problems with making menu items so many deep. I'm used to there being a choice for mootools. The website is http://www.esharktv.com . I also am very grateful for everything you all have contributed, and would like to let you know that I have tried everything I could including searching in other forums for the answer.
