I would say browse through our last dozen+ templates and check out the various demo pages and see what you think will suit you best... IMO it's most important to checkout the menu styling and function and make sure that suits you above all else... the rest of the content you see in our demos is very easy to change/re-arrange via Gantry 5

- If it's a brand new site I'd recommend using the RocketLauncher which installs everything, including Joomla, the template, and all the Demo content and configurations

- This is for our existing site which we have just updated to the latest version of Joomla , we are using the RT_ afterburner template... Would we still be best to install the Joomla 3.6 RocketLauncher

- You can't install the RocketLauncher on an exsiting site... only on brand new/empty webspace... so you'd need to use the Standalone Template + the Gantry 5 plugin on your existing site. I would STILL recommend install the RocketLauncher locally or on a test server though so that you can see how we configure everything
