Need script for browser check and redirect user to different page!

I am having an issue with my client and there joomla system. I have them on 1.0 for now and some of there clients are having issues seeing the page. We have tested it on most browsers and it works great. Some of their clients may have very old browsers and dial ups because they are in rural areas (Deep neck in the woods). Need a script to place on main page that would check user's browser and maybe redirect them to upgrade browser page that I create....Any body have any ideas!!!!!
