    • Your RokSprocket instances have no content... in your RokSprocket Admin you need to configure your 2 Items/roksprocket's tehre

      I'm not sure how you updated RokGallery and RokSprocket... but you just need to re-upload/overwrite the plugin files... all data is stored in the database so you shouldn't ever lose your settings, instances, albums, images, etc when upgrading one of those 2 plugins.
