I've setup a web-based irc client using mibbit. I hate the green google ads but there seems no way to get around these.

You can also use a regular irc client if your comfortable with that my pointing it to irc.mibbit.com and joining #rockettheme
Would gladly welcome anyone to join me (all my lonesome right now) there.

- Oh, and maybe your should post a special thread for Chat and also have an announcement thread. Kind of like a place where people can post that they will be in the chat room x and x time and date or have chat functions on certain days and times.

- @rhuk toastguy has a working integration with user login and mibbit so it takes the user's login from the forums and assigns it as the nick in chat. if u interested. stop by #joomla on freenode.
