Change module positions in template

On my site I used Solarflare and the User 1 and User2 positions are under the banner position. I'd like to put rss news feeds under my welcome message.

Is there a way to move the User 1 and 2 positions below my content.

Also: How do I get rid of the "Home" below my ad banners

FYI I'm a graphic designer not a coder

This move is not trivial.  SF2 is quite a complicated template, there is no easy way to do what your asking without some extensive recoding.
