Template breaks in FF & IE7 with SMF wrapped....ideas?

Hi all,

My template is breaking in IE 7 at the top and at the bottom when smf is wrapped.  I can't sort out why this is (it's fine in IE6).  Anyone have any ideas?  I'd unwrap it, but the problems going that way are worse than the broken template...lol.
