Need Help!! Installed HiveMind via RocketLaunch and now this:

This is what happened after my install. I've tried twice!

Can anyone tell me what i'm doing wrong? Has this happened to anyone else before?

I had FileZilla set up to transfer files in ASCII mode. I switched to auto, and trying it again. I'll keep the thread updated.

Yep, that's what happened. Stupid mistake.

I uploaded everything in ASCII mode by mistake. Re-uploading in auto mode fixed everything.
