Migration from populus 1.0x version to 1.5.x version possible??

Hi!

I have my portal running this template in joomla 1.0.15 but now im planning to migrate my portal to 1.5.x version..what I need to know is how can I do this without loosing the module positions and content...I know theres away to migrate joomla from one version to other..but that is not what im asking...what im asking is after that migration my populus template will not work and everything I made will be lost...so is there away to copy over the "old" 1.0.x version with the "new" 1.5.x version without loosing nothing??

Please some help here...
