Ok, I have two sections, "News" and "Sports". When I write a story about a football game, I want that story to show up in Sports under the Football category. However, I'd also like to have it appear in News under a category for a specific school. I've set up a page (category-blog view) for that school where I'd like the article to appear and not just be listed as a "related article."  I want to have several pages set up for each school in our area.

Any ideas?  I thought about just posting the story twice, but then it would show up twice in the "Top Headlines" portion of the page.

I've always heard that Joomla is limited to one category per article. Like you said, you could always just copy and paste the same info in two separate articles but that could be painful to keep track of, especially if you then need to update those articles, and your search results would be potentially confusing for users.

Ok, I see the tags, but where is this posted in more than one category?

BTW the site has some problems, I can't view it in Firefox (blank page) and in MS IE I get internal server errors when viewing some pages.
