sliding the complete side between changing a menuitem

Hi guys,

is there a possibility to slide the complete content of my site between the different menu-items ?

I only found the rokslider. But this tool is only for pictures in a special position. But I want to slide the complete side by changing between the different menuitems, like on photoshop-sites.  Huh
