Urgent help required re: 500 error.

I've just moved our site from a subfolder to the main_html folder and when clicking on any menus it comes up with a 500 error? I've change the config file to remove the subdirectory in:
   var $log_path = '/var/www/html/logs';
   var $tmp_path = '/var/www/html/tmp';

But I'm not sure how to fix it??

Sorted this! It is a .htaccess issue.
